|Shipping and handling is ALWAYS included in your final purchase price. When it says $19.95 or FREE, we mean it, and that is all you will pay. Your order will be delivered by UPS & or USPS to your door for the price you see on your computer. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.|
|Returns and Exchanges|
| We make every effort to provide you, the customer, with a quality product, the best service, and an unbeatable price. On occasion, however, it becomes necessary for a customer to return an item or exchange one. We make every effort to accommodate each customer in this. Your satisfaction is more important to us than that.
Returns and Exchanges may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (Outside the USA and/or International orders have 45 days). Exchanges are free. Returns, we charge a 5.00 restocking fee. Please email us for instructions on how to return an item.
The postmark on the returned parcel must be within 30 days of the date of purchase. Purchased items must be received in new, sellable condition and in original packaging. Items not meeting this requirement are not refundable or exchangeable. Taxes, where applicable, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
